SNACC Refund & Replacement Policy

At SNACC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, clean-label products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our product being consumable, we have specific guidelines for refunds and replacements.

 

1. No Returns on Consumable Items

As SNACC bars are edible products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. This is to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality standards for all our customers.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be compromised in any way, we will gladly replace the affected items. To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photographs of the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect item, etc.)

  • Include your order number and full name in the message

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the affected items as soon as possible.

3. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe (1–2 business days for Mumbai, 3–7 business days pan-India), please reach out to our support team. We will investigate the issue with our logistics partner and take appropriate action to ensure resolution.
